The flange is set to a 50-55 degree angle and set to fit a mid-size G nib comfortably. Feel free to squeeze your flange to fit any sized nib, or to adjust it to your preferred angle based on your own hand. Also available in a straight version.

We have specifically designed our pens like this to help combat hand cramps. These hand cramps are very common among beginner calligraphers who grip their pens too tightly and people who suffer from arthritis and other muscular/joint problems.
